Solar for your home, set up by phone.
We study your roof by satellite, put your utility bill next to your solar payment, and stay on the line through every step. Licensed crews from Bold Energy handle the install.
No money down on lease and PPA plans. Every number in writing before you sign.

How solar changes your bill
Nothing changes in how your home uses power. What changes is how much you pay for it.
You rent your power
When you moved in, you had one choice for power. Your utility sets the price, and it keeps going up.
Your roof makes it
Your own panels make your power, and you pay a set amount that’s written into your agreement.
The grid fills in
Your home switches to grid power on its own. Depending on your state, credits or a battery cover the evening.
How it works
One or two phone calls to go solar
No kitchen-table pitch and no weeks of back-and-forth.
Answer a few questions
About a minute. It tells us which utility, home and roof to look at.
Quick call with an advisor
We study your roof by satellite and go over your bill. Have a recent bill handy, online or on paper.
Review your Savings Report
20 to 30 minutes by phone or video, with everyone on the home’s title. See today’s cost next to your solar cost.
Site survey, then install
A crew checks your roof and electrical at no cost. You review the final numbers, then Bold Energy installs. Nothing moves without your permission.
Plans
No money down, or own it outright
Same equipment, same installer. The difference is who owns the system and how you pay for it.
Lease
A set monthly payment for the system.
- No installation cost
- Monitoring, maintenance and repairs covered for the term
- Payment written into your agreement
PPA
Pay a set rate for the power your panels make.
- No installation cost
- A per-kWh rate written into your agreement
- Shown next to your utility rate
Loan
Own the system with monthly loan payments.
- $0-down options depending on lender
- A real payoff date
- You keep the power it makes
Cash
Buy the system outright.
- No monthly solar payment
- Lowest cost over the system’s life
- Yours from day one
The 30% federal tax credit for homeowners who buy solar ended for systems installed after 2025. On a lease or PPA, the company that owns the system can still use a federal credit, and it’s built into your price. That credit has its own deadlines, so timing matters. Financing is subject to approval.

Questions
What homeowners ask us first
Is this a government program?
No. We’re Wise Energy Advisors, a private solar company. Licensed crews from Bold Energy do the install, and financing comes through national providers like LightReach and Enfin. Some of the incentives behind the pricing are real government programs, and you’ll see every number in writing before you sign anything.
Is it really no money down?
On lease and PPA plans, yes: no money down and no installation cost to you. You do make a monthly payment for your solar power, and that payment, the term and the total are all in your Savings Report in writing. Nothing is free, and we won’t tell you it is.
Will I still get a bill from my utility?
Yes, usually a small one. Utilities charge a monthly connection fee, and you pay for any power your system doesn’t cover. Your Savings Report shows your expected utility bill and your solar payment side by side, so you see the whole picture.
Why do you need my address, email and electric bill?
The address lets us study your actual roof by satellite. The email is where we send your Savings Report. The bill shows your last 12 months of usage and the rate you pay, which is how we size the system to your home. Without it, we’d be guessing.
What if I sell my home?
Lease and PPA agreements can transfer to the buyer, and a home with lower power costs is a selling point. If you own your system, you can pay it off at closing. We’ll walk through how it works before you decide.
What credit do I need?
It depends on the plan. Your advisor goes over the requirements on your first call, before anything is run. We’ll never promise approval. We’ll show you what you qualify for.
